Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join one of North America’s largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Global Networks and Infrastructure Program Delivery Team that leads end to end delivery of Store Support Center Initiatives across a global footprint. This individual will be responsible for the follow:

A day in the life:
• Lead technology delivery for a large-scale downtown Vancouver office buildout, from design through occupancy.
• Partner with construction, facilities, and IT teams to manage risks and align technology delivery to construction schedules.
• Work with Procurement to define vendor strategy, develop SOWs, and manage key technology partners.
• Oversee technology delivery across network, low-voltage, AV, desk technology, security, and asset management.
• Spend time on site to monitor progress, validate implementation, and resolve issues in real time.
• Provide clear progress updates through governance forums, ensuring leaders have visibility into status, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure readiness for testing, commissioning, and operational handoff.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience leading large, complex technology programs delivering office infrastructure solutions, including network, end user devices, AV, and meeting room technologies.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure and network teams to define and deliver modern office architectures within an enterprise network framework, including innovative AV and collaboration solutions.
• Demonstrated success designing, building, and delivering technical infrastructure for large scale, global office environments (10,000+ employees per site), including office spaces, event venues, meeting rooms, workout/fitness spaces, innovation labs, and specialty environments (including wet spaces).
• Proven ability to bring new technologies to market on time and within budget, balancing quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Deep experience in vendor management and negotiations, including partnering with Procurement to lead RFIs, vendor selection, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract negotiations.
• Solid financial and budget management experience, including ownership of programs exceeding $5-10M.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, schedules, critical paths, and trade dependencies.
• Experience coordinating network, low voltage, AV, desk technology, security, and asset management scopes across all phases of delivery.
