Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join an enterprise retail company on a contract basis in Vancouver remotely until end of January 2027. This role focuses on owning and delivering the product for our clienteling program launching April 2026.
• You will define the 2026 product roadmap, according to business priorities. Daily work includes defining, sizing, prioritizing requirements and features; and managing the product backlog, balancing competing business needs, and coordinating with other product teams to understand dependencies.
• You will partner closely with technical and business teams to problem-solve product challenges, drive conversations, and ensure clarity on solutions.
• You will define metrics for the product, aligned with Business objectives and OKRs. You will input into and documents cross-functional communication materials including presentation for leadership (vision, roadmap, budget, etc.)
• The role is highly user-focused, working with personal shoppers to gather insights, understand their workflows, and improve efficiency and conversion.
• You will support iterative monthly releases and define the work needed to continually enhance features such as guest messaging, lookbook sharing, customer profiles, and data-driven recommendations. You will lead agile ceremonies and meetings

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience. Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.
• Strong technical product background
• Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
• Self-starter who can quickly understand business context, connect information across teams, and work independently as well as cross-functionally with Business, Operations & Technical Partners
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and indirect reporting relationships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
• Background in VIP service, personal shopping, concierge, luxury retail, customer interaction, and/or elevated guest experiences
• Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, customer service platforms, and/or outreach tools
• Experience in subscription-based or relationship-driven service environments
