This individual will serve as a technical leader and primary owner of Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable service delivery across the organization. The role focuses on identity, security, compliance, and operational excellence while partnering closely with engineering teams to drive automation, optimize performance, and support large-scale enterprise initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / infrastructure engineering
Knowledge on how to restore Microsoft Entra ID
Strong experience with Exchange Online, EDiscovery, M365 Admin Center, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and third party integrations and add ins
Knowledge of email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and Defender)
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CI/CD pipelines
Terraform and Gitlab experience
Knowledge of compliance tools (Retention, Litigation Hold, eDiscovery)
Experience with M365 licensing and cost optimization
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
