Insight Global is looking for an individual to help lead a team of .NET Engineers working on a .NET modernization from 4.8 to .NET Core 8. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring deep expertise in both legacy and modern .NET ecosystems, with a focus on large scale enterprise application transformation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years working hands-on in a .NET environment
• Has worked on a .NET modernization to 4.8
• Deep understanding of IoC containers and SQL server experience
• Expert level experience with Entity Framework Core 6-8
• Has led a team or .NET engineers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Knowledge of API versioning strategies
• Understanding of security best practices (HTTPS, HSTS, CSP)
• Multi-cloud experience
