Job Description
Insight Global is seaking a Manager of Complex Commercial Insurance Operations to join a leading insurance organization. This role plays a critical leadership and operational support function for a specialized Complex Risk team that manages high-value, intricate commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will lead and support the service team of Insurance Advisors and Administrators behind the scenes, ensuring workflows, people, and processes are operating efficiently to deliver a high standard of service to complex commercial clients. They will manage a team of 15 and work alongside the VP of Commercial Operations.

3-5 years of Commercial Insurnace experience
Level 2 insurance license required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Aptitude for accounting and math
