Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Change Analyst to join one of North America's largest athleisure companies. This person will have
strong change management and data skills to support the Enterprise Change Office. This role focuses on consolidating change information across the organization, building reporting models, and creating data-driven insights that support planning, prioritization, and leadership decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Build a centralized change data model and consolidate information currently spread across multiple teams.
work on Power BI dashboards that convert existing Excel-based data into clear, scalable insights.
Analyze change impacts, pacing, and interdependencies to support enterprise planning and budgeting.
Support development of intake models, service models, and operational processes for the change function.
Work closely with change practitioners across the organization to align data and approaches.
Build clear workback plans and manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate insights through strong storytelling and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years in change management or a related analytical role.
Strong knowledge of change frameworks and experience interpreting change data.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear narratives.
Curious, proactive, and able to bring fresh perspectives.
