Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Agile Retail & Outlet Leasing Coordinator that plays a critical role in ensuring short‑term retail leasing operations run smoothly across North America. This position functions as the central connection point between internal teams, landlords, and mall partners - ensuring every stage of the store lifecycle, from site evaluation through opening and closure, is supported accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of commercial real estate experience (property management, retail leasing, or short‑term leasing preferred).

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work confidently with internal and external partners and resolve issues diplomatically.

High initiative, resourcefulness, and strong attention to detail—especially around critical date management and lease abstraction.

Ability to read and interpret legal documentation (short‑term contracts, de‑brand scope, closure requirements).

Detail‑oriented approach to managing lease dates, rental payments, and obligations.

Real estate background in property management, retail brand leasing, or short‑term leasing.

Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.

No specific technology requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Smartsheet and Excel.

Exposure to Lucernix or similar lease management software.
