Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Solution Architect, Supply Chain to support a leading retail client on a 6-month contract. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture across multiple global supply chain initiatives, ensuring scalable and well-integrated solutions across SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical SAP expertise and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to establish a clear architectural foundation at the start of projects. This role will support multiple concurrent initiatives across global regions including the US, UK, and Korea, with additional projects anticipated in the near future.

Day to day:
Lead solution architecture for supply chain and logistics initiatives, defining end-to-end system design across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms
Translate business requirements into scalable, future-state architecture aligned with enterprise standards
Collaborate with Product Managers, Domain Architects, and Engineering teams to define solution direction prior to build phases
Provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent projects, including new warehouse implementations and 3PL integrations
Define system interactions across SAP modules such as LE, WM, and EWM, as well as external systems
Support integration design for warehouse systems (EWM) and third-party logistics providers
Develop architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and solution designs early in the project lifecycle
Partner with Domain Architecture teams to review and approve designs through governance processes
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Ensure solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with long-term enterprise strategy

Required Skills & Experience

Skills and Experience

8+ years of SAP experience, including Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
Experience across SAP supply chain modules such as Logistics Execution (LE), WM, and/or EWM
Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across SAP and integrated systems
Experience supporting warehouse implementations and/or 3PL integrations
Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and enterprise design principles
Experience working across multiple projects or global initiatives simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to have:

Retail or apparel/fashion industry experience
Experience supporting global SAP rollouts or multi-region implementations
Exposure to complex integration environments (e.g., warehouse systems, logistics networks)
Experience working within enterprise architecture governance frameworks
