Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support an Automotive Insurance organization in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Partnerships & Talent Acquisition, this role blends hands-on recruitment, people leadership, and program ownership. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while remaining actively involved in hiring for select client portfolios. Approximately 40% of the role is hands-on recruiting, supporting senior-level roles (Senior Manager and above) and stepping into high‑volume hiring as needed to support backlogs.

This is an opportunity for a driven, emerging TA leader who may be earlier in formal people leadership but is highly motivated, passionate about talent acquisition, and eager to make an impact. You’ll contribute to improving candidate experience, advancing inclusive hiring strategies (Indigenous and disability hiring), and supporting upcoming Workday enhancements, bringing fresh perspectives to processes, technology, and the evolving TA landscape. Strong communication, a candidate‑first mindset, curiosity around technology (including AI), and the ability to motivate and re‑energize a team are critical to success in this role.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
