Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong development expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (PA), including TM1 and Turbo Integrator (TI). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is passionate about building and enhancing financial planning systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
System Development & Enhancement
Design, develop, and maintain models within IBM Planning Analytics (PA Cloud version).
Build and optimize processes and rules using Turbo Integrator (TI).
Own and support the IAA portion of the system following a lift-and-shift from Oracle to PA.

Project Work
Lead new module development and enhancement of existing projects within the IAA system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Support & Collaboration
Provide ongoing support to the Director of FP&A for IAA.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Work closely with Frank to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business leaders.
Participate in meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise
5+ years of hands-on development experience in IBM Planning Analytics, especially PA Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Turbo Integrator (TI) for process and rule development.
Experience with PAW (Planning Analytics Workspace) and dashboarding tools.

Finance Knowledge
Background in finance or FP&A with advanced understanding of financial planning systems.

Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to work with demanding stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable reporting to multiple managers and navigating matrixed environments.

Culture Fit
Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with business users.
Self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results with minimal supervision.
