Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined Budget & Purchasing Analyst to support the CIO division of an Automotive Insurance Corporation, reporting to the Manager – Service Desk & Workplace Technology. This role blends financial analysis and project coordination, including managing and reconciling budget transactions, supporting accruals, and partnering with senior technology leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The individual will ensure all goods and services are properly ordered, received, and aligned to budget timelines, while also handling internal inquiries and contributing to contract and financial planning initiatives. On the project side, this person will manage hardware, software, and contract purchase requests, track project spend, forecast future maintenance costs, and collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, Purchasing, IS Managers, and Project Managers to ensure timely procurement, implementation, and documentation of IT initiatives aligned to project schedules and business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in budgeting, purchasing, procurement coordination, and accounting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to support and influence others
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation
• Experience with asset or procurement tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is preferred
Diploma in Finance, IT, or a related field
