Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on program structure, reporting, and global coordination. This role will drive visibility across multiple workstreams, modernize legacy systems, and help establish consistent, scalable reporting frameworks across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with hands‑on technical fluency, clear communication skills, and experience operating in large, globally distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Management-
Lead end‑to‑end program execution across multiple, interdependent initiatives.
Track and communicate program status from an overall program perspective, ensuring alignment across teams.
Establish and maintain structured, consistent reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; drive mitigation plans and corrective actions.
Bring forward new ideas and improvements to enhance program visibility, governance, and execution.

Reporting & Insights-
Design and maintain reporting artifacts using Excel and Power BI (PBI).
Create dashboards and metrics that provide actionable insights into delivery health, timelines, and outcomes.
Ensure reporting is repeatable, scalable, and aligned to stakeholder expectations.

Technical & Transformation Initiatives-
Support and coordinate initiatives involving:
Replacement of legacy market systems, including international markets.
Modernization of virtual services across stores and clubs, including migration from on‑prem to cloud environments.
Leverage internal tools such as CodePuppy, a homegrown AI agent, to support delivery, insights, or automation.
Apply the SMART model when defining goals, milestones, and success criteria.

Communication & Stakeholder Management-
Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Coordinate with teams and partners across multiple geographies and time zones.
Facilitate program forums, status reviews, and leadership updates with confidence and clarity.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in technical program management within large, complex environments.
Strong ability to drive structure, organization, and reporting discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI.
Experience managing or supporting system modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior Walmart experience (must not have been within the last 6 months).
Experience supporting international market programs.
Familiarity with internal or custom AI tools and automation concepts.
