Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support and continuously improve data quality for an in-house data management system within a large-scale retail environment. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations and is critical to ensuring our data is accurate, reliable, and trusted across the organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large, complex datasets, has experience operating within a large enterprise, and excels at proactive, strategic communication with both technical and business stakeholders. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys discovery, learning new skills, and driving work to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role supporting data or platform products
Experience working in a large enterprise environment with high-volume, complex data
Hands-on experience using Jira or comparable tools (Azure DevOps, Rally, Asana, etc.)
Ability to write and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and analysis
Strong understanding of data quality concepts such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
