Job Description

We’re hiring a mid-level Credentialing Specialist to support a high-impact, enterprise-wide credentialing project tied to a major provider data reset. This role will focus on validating and analyzing provider/facility data, identifying credentialing gaps, and driving records through the full credentialing lifecycle to ensure compliance and accuracy. This environment is fast-paced with a defined timeline (July–December) and clear deliverables, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful process improvements and large-scale operational outcomes.
• Own a portion of the credentialing workload (reviewing and processing files alongside the team)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee analyst team and prioritize workload
• QA files and handle escalations
• Coach and support team members
• Track progress and report status
Identify gaps and improve processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years credentialing experience
• Facility credentialing background strongly preferred
• Prior leadership, QA, or team oversight experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance and credentialing standards
Ability to manage workflow, escalations, and deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting large-scale data cleanup or system migration projects
Exposure to provider data pipelines, data mapping, or system transitions
Exposure to projects tied to compliance initiatives or audits
