Job Description

A client is looking for a Laserfiche Technical Systems Analyst IV to join their team. The Laserfiche Automation Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of a global Laserfiche system. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, meets evolving business needs, and maintains high standards of data integrity and reporting. The specialist will collaborate across business units and project teams, providing expert guidance, resolving system discrepancies, and proactively analyzing data to support decision-making. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of the Laserfiche suite, advanced technical and integration skills, and the ability to present data and recommendations to diverse audiences.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Design, configure, and implement Laserfiche solutions that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing of new workflows, processes, and integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide ongoing system support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business units and project teams to identify and resolve system discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations.
• Proactively analyze system data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Present data findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document system configurations, processes, and integration points to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Stay current with Laserfiche updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be comfortable going onsite 5 days per week
• 5+ years of experience with the full Laserfiche suite (including Workflow, Forms, Laserfiche Server, Directory Server, Import Agent, Web Client, Weblink, etc.).
• Experience with multi-server Laserfiche environments (including load balance and DMZ configurations).
• Active Laserfiche certification (e.g., Laserfiche Certified Professional Program—LCP).
• SQL and how to write queries - great if they have stored procedures
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and XML for system customization and integration.
• Experience utilizing business intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and analytics.
• Working knowledge of APIs for system integration and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to support and optimize large-scale, multi-user Laserfiche environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating Laserfiche with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Experience working with financial systems, including familiarity with financial processes, terminology, and reporting requirements.
• Collaboration with cross-functional and global teams to deliver technological solutions.
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and quality assurance in enterprise environments.
