Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least one year of experience and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 CRM. This role involves supporting CRM-related activities, assisting with marketing tools, and ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration processes for teams.
• Participate in meetings to gather requirements and document business needs.
• Manage and submit tickets through ITSM for system access and issue resolution.
• Assist with security access and onboarding new users to platforms.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 CRM, including adding new teams and applying templates as requested.
• Perform light configuration tasks within CRM based on team requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns using tools like Oracle Eloqua (email and messaging for marketing).
• Ensure accurate data entry and follow prompts within CRM systems.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 CRM (basic navigation, configuration, and template setup).
• Strong communication and listening skills for effective requirement gathering.
• Ability to manage tickets and coordinate with IT teams for access and support.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow system prompts and processes accurately.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
