Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a prominent sub straight company within the Semiconductor industry which is headquartered out of Prescott, Arizona. This role will be a compressed schedule supporting the overnight shift. These will be 12 hour shifts starting at 5:45pm, ending at 6am & will be either Thurs through Sat or Sun through Tues working every other Wednesday.

This individual will start their day getting insight from the prior shift regarding what work is still in progress and needing immediate action. Once those are completed, the Technician will reference any pressing maintenance requests from various departments along with other weekly priorities to create a plan based on priority. Additional tasks include reviewing and updating record parameters to ensure toolset is operating within manufacturer provided specs, in addition to reviewing and completing preventative maintenance tasks as needed. If the toolsets are requiring additional parts, this technician will also research and submit requests to acquire those pieces. Finally, this individual will need to be detail oriented as they will report / log activities and maintenance performed on toolsets daily. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience supporting equipment within a large production environment
Experience troubleshooting equipment managed by Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other systems housed within electrical cabinets
Must be solution oriented and able to review information from a variety of sources to determine a solution prior to escalation
Strong communication and proven documentation experience within a logging system

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Strong experience supporting Screen SU 3200 Wet Process Benches
Additional experience supporting the following toolsets is also preferred:
Wafer Polishers: Giga Mat, SpeedFam, Peter Wolters
Wet process benches
Metrology tools: ADE, Tencor
Wafer Scrubbing Tools: OnTrak, SVG
