We are looking for an experienced VoIP Telecomm Engineer with extensive knowledge in VoIP, cloud-hosted solutions, and Avaya systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating VoIP systems with Microsoft Teams and automating communication solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Integrate VoIP solutions with Microsoft Teams to streamline communication processes.
Develop and maintain cloud-hosted VoIP solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
Configure and manage Avaya communication systems, including troubleshooting and support.
Automate routine tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
