Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Management Supervisor to support supply chain operations for a local children’s hospital, ensuring critical supplies and equipment are available across multiple hospital campuses and ambulatory clinics. This role oversees daily warehouse and distribution activities, including ordering, receiving, inventory management, and delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. The Supervisor leads a large, multi‑shift team of 30+ employees and brings a people‑first leadership style grounded in strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and collaboration, because culture is everything. This position requires clear and confident communication with frontline staff, clinical partners, and executive leadership. The role is responsible for inventory accuracy, asset tracking, and effective use of ERP systems and Excel to support replenishment and service levels. The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, understands compliance and regulatory requirements, and can travel between three hospital locations. Bilingual Spanish skills and experience with Lawson or Workday are preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of ordering, receiving, and inventory management
• 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Lawson or Workday
• Strong leadership skills with a soft‑skills approach (not militant)
• Excellent listening skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels, from entry-level staff to executive leadership (VPs)
• Ability to travel between three hospitals( Thomas, Avondale, Arrowhead)
• Experience leading large teams (20+ employees)
