Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong data and visualization capabilities to support complex reporting, analytics, and insight generation initiatives. This individual will work hands-on with large, raw datasets—transforming them into clear, actionable insights that drive operational and financial decision-making. This is a highly technical, business-facing role requiring a blend of financial acumen, data manipulation expertise, and the ability to communicate insights visually to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 + years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (data modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Strong experience with data querying (SQL or similar tools)
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data quickly and accurately
• Experience building dashboards and visual reports (Power BI or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver polished outputs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working within healthcare systems or payer/provider environments
• Familiarity with Epic Clarity (or similar healthcare databases)
• Exposure to governed data environments with limited direct database access
• Experience supporting revenue cycle, operational, or clinical analytics reporting
