Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking an Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and serve as the warm, professional first point of contact at reception. Responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls, greeting clients/guests, scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries and vendors, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and keeping the building organized and client-ready. Additional administrative support includes receiving/distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail (including post office runs as needed), and assisting with copying, scanning, filing, data entry, document management, and assembly of tax-related documents, plus coordinating partner lunches (typically up to twice per month).

This is an in-office role located at Phoenix, AZ, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional extended hours during tax busy seasons; ideal candidates are located near central Phoenix, have a service-minded and friendly demeanor, are comfortable with Outlook/Excel, can multitask, and stay on task with minimal supervision. This will start as a contract position and convert to a permanent role after 9 months. The hourly compensation for this role is $19-22/hr.

• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Strong service mindset (client facing and internal).
• Technology forward with competency in basics like Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task (many things will be happening at the same time).
• Self-driven and able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
