Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Supply Chain Consultant to support a local children’s hospital during a Lawson‑to‑Workday migration. This role focuses on stabilizing supply chain data and processes, with particular emphasis on OR operations, ParX, and Lawson.
The consultant will assess current ParX and Lawson configurations, analyze item‑ and location‑level data, and identify gaps between defined par levels, actual usage, and ordering behavior. Responsibilities include fixing item and par setup issues, correcting unit‑of‑measure inconsistencies, and aligning inventory levels with real utilization.
This role works closely with supply chain leadership, IT, and OR stakeholders to ensure ordering, receiving, and inventory processes function accurately during and after the migration. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in fixing unstable OR par environments — not just reporting on them. This is a highly engaged role during a critical transition period.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
