Job Description

This is an exciting Financial Analyst opportunity to support the financial operations of a large healthcare company in Phoenix.

This position will support the financial function of the organization. This person should have operational experience in financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and planning, and analysis of complex business and financial scenarios. The candidate must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service skills. This position will be a key participant in developing, interfacing, and maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare/operating entity leadership, executives, physicians, and other key business partners.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 3 years with the following:
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including ratio analysis and evaluation of KPI
Analysis of general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
Performing account analysis to support accurate and timely financial reporting
Analysis trends in costs, revenues, financial commitments, and other obligations to support financial modeling and decision-making


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
