Job Description

Phoenix Children’s Hospital is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to support Distribution & Central Supply operations. This role is responsible for cleaning, stocking, tracking, and transporting medical equipment to ensure patient care areas remain fully equipped and operational.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient hospital operations by ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized, available, and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with hospital standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in inventory, supply chain, warehouse, or hospital operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict sanitation and compliance procedures
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Frequent walking between units and departments
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Comfortable transporting equipment throughout the hospital

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (Distribution, Central Supply, or Patient Transport)
• Familiarity with medical equipment handling and sanitation standards
• Experience supporting inventory levels or par management
Knowledge of hospital workflows and unit coordination
