Job Description
The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to capture requirements, define end-to-end processes, and design solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and Company objectives.
The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I leads and participates in project-driven initiatives, facilitating discovery sessions, documenting business processes, defining use cases, and developing detailed functional and system requirements. With a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities this role ensures that proposed solutions are both technically feasible and optimized to drive business value.
Additionally, this role provides guidance and mentorship to analysts and project team members, ensuring best practices in requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution design are consistently applied. The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I may lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to advancing internal methodologies, tools, and governance processes to enhance delivery effectiveness and Salesforce platform utilization.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead position providing leadership and mentoring to other Business Analysts.
Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.
Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more roles focusing on process improvement and financial analysis in the waste industry or related field.
Minimum of 5 years creating and facilitating road mapping sessions for business and technical roadmaps.
Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects and agile teams.
Minimum of 5 years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including agile and waterfall methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years communicating complex concepts through design techniques and able to recommend user-centric solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of working with functional area leads to make sure business process uses the technology effectively and efficiently.
