Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare companies and it's phases of an ERP System rollout. This role supports the implementation of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) by bridging business stakeholders, UAT testers, and Data Architects, and conducting complex business and data analytics. The role focuses on translating UAT scenarios into data requirements with system and data specifications, supporting End-to-End integration testing, and providing data analytics support on large, complex projects and data sets. Other responsibilities include:

-Serve as the liaison between UAT testers, Subject Matter Experts, and Data Architects to ensure requirements and data logic are clearly understood and implemented.
-Assist with UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect triage, and validation of system outputs.
-Support end-to-end integration testing across Workday SCM and connected systems, validating data flows and resolving testing defects.
-Analyze large complex contract header and line data to support supply chain contract migration to Workday
-Support application discovery and decommissioning efforts by documenting legacy systems, data dependencies, and integration points impacted by Workday implementation.
-Gather requirements and assist with custom report development to support supply chain operations and leadership reporting.
-Document business processes, data mappings, and testing outcomes to support implementation and long-term system governance.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting Workday implementations in Supply Chain, specifically for a healthcare provider.
-Strong business analysis and data analysis skills, including requirements documentation and testing support.
-Strong Excel Skills
-Experience coordinating with subject matter experts, data architects, and testing teams in enterprise implementations.
-Strong Knowledge with data reporting tools, integrations, and enterprise data
-Bachelor's Degree
-Candidates must sit in either PST, MST or CST time zone and be ok working 8:30-5pm MST.
