Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration initiative transitioning approximately 300 screens from EDS & Oracle Forms to a modern Angular application using an AI-assisted conversion tool. This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, development, QA, and third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are accurately translated, validated, and preserved throughout the migration.
The BA will play a key role in identifying functional gaps introduced by the AI-driven conversion (target 95% accuracy), clarifying business logic, and ensuring the modernized application aligns with existing workflows and user expectations. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role requiring strong analytical skills and experience in system transformations or ERP-type environments.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development projects
Experience working on large-scale application migrations, modernization, or transformation initiatives
Strong ability to document and translate complex business processes into clear functional requirements
Experience identifying gaps between legacy systems and modernized solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end application functionality (UI, business logic, and data flow)
Experience working closely with developers and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments
Ability to validate system behavior against business requirements and expected workflows
Experience reviewing system outputs and helping refine AI-generated or automated solutions
Strong stakeholder communication and requirements elicitation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting ERP systems or Oracle Forms / legacy system migrations
Exposure to test planning, UAT coordination, or QA collaboration
Experience working with bilingual (French/English) systems and teams
Familiarity with data mapping, data validation, or migration logic
