Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled PC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in break/fix support, particularly with Dell PCs, and will be proficient in imaging and deployment tasks. This role involves customer-facing interactions, utilizing tools such as SCCM, and requires strong listening and empathy skills to effectively assist end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform break/fix support for Dell PCs.
Handle imaging and deployment tasks with a slight possibility of assisting in larger deployment projects.
Utilize SCCM for customer-facing interactions.
Conduct annual PC rollouts, with a significant focus on this year's increased volume.
Upgrade systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical end users.
Ensure compliance with background check requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in PC break/fix support.
Proficiency with Dell PCs and imaging processes.
Experience with SCCM and other customer-facing tools.
Strong listening and empathy skills to assist end users effectively.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Dependable and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Successful completion of a background check.
