Job Description
This person will be responsible for making sure all employees from recently acquired and merged companies have access, accounts, and training automatically. They will be creating automated onboarding packages and training triggers while collaborating with IT and M&A. They will be creating and establishing a new process that needs to be documented for future use.

Required Skills & Experience
-Must come from a compliance-heavy industry (healthcare, DME, etc)
-5-10 yrs of experience in an IT operations position ideally focused on ID management or systems administration
-Strong PowerShell, SQL, and Excel proficiency
-Proven ability to use HRIS, SSO, or other enterprise automation tools to build onboarding and training workflows
-Experience with UKG, Workday, or other HRIS platforms (they will be supporting employee lifecycle automation so they need to have a strong understanding of onboarding, access changes, terminations, etc)
-Ability to handle exchanged mailbox management
