Job Description

This person's primary responsibility will be building apps, workflows, and other automated processes to help mergers and acquisitions happen more seamlessly and efficiently. They will be an asset with communication cross-functionally to figure out what top priorities needs their are to create user-friendly dashboards. They will be creating and establishing a new process that needs to be documented for future use.

Required Skills & Experience

-Must come from a compliance-heavy industry (healthcare, DME, etc)
-Ability to create AI agents utilizing Power Automate and PowerApps through exploration of Copilot and Claude with the purpose of supporting environments
-Previous experience building full applications (UI, workflows, logic, UI, connectors, etc)
-Expert level experience with low-code platforms like PowerApps or Power Automate
-Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow design and process mapping
-Strong communication and confidence to communicate cross-functionally (executive level conversations) and keeping a CX focused mindset while designing user experiences
-Proficiency integrating automation within an enterprise data source (ideally Microsoft 365 or Azure AD)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-API-based automation (Data-verse, etc)
-Identity-related automation (onboarding, training workflow, etc)
-Supporting M&A automation
