Job Description
Our client is seeking a Logistics Manager for a top federal construction/design-build client. This candidate will play a key role in overseeing warehouse equipment operations at the company’s Marana, AZ headquarters, where critical project equipment and materials are staged to support large-scale border wall projects. This person will be responsible for inventory control, material coordination, shipment tracking, and overall logistics management to ensure field teams have the equipment they need when they need it.
Day-to-Day:
• Oversee daily equipment logistics operations near HQ in Marana, AZ
• Manage the storage, organization, tracking, and distribution of project equipment and materials
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for border wall-related projects
• Maintain accurate inventory records for cameras, sensors, wiring, and other critical equipment
• Work closely with project teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and to the correct job locations
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational bottlenecks
• Improve warehouse and logistics processes to drive efficiency and accountability
• Support reporting, documentation, and coordination across operations, field teams, and leadership
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, secure, and operating efficiently to support active construction projects

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain management experience
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations, equipment tracking, and material flow
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of equipment and materials
• Experience coordinating shipments, receiving, storage, and distribution of field equipment
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and implementing process improvements
• Proficiency with inventory systems, Excel, and general reporting/documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background as a Project Engineer within federal construction
• Experience supporting federal infrastructure, construction, or government projects
• Knowledge of construction materials/equipment such as cameras, sensors, wiring, and related field technology
• Experience with procurement coordination or vendor management
• Understanding of compliance/documentation requirements in federal construction environments
