Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data center environment, ensuring 24/7 uptime across all electrical and mechanical systems. In addition to being hands-on with equipment like UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and cooling systems, the lead acts as a technical escalation point for the team. They oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, help troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all work is performed to standard. This person typically has a strong understanding of how a data center operates end-to-end and plays a key role in mentoring junior engineers, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, high-performing environment.
