Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are executing one of the most complex manufacturing ramp programs in the data center space — converting large industrial facilities into high-throughput production environments while simultaneously standing up capital equipment, engineering processes, and production teams. The Sr. Program Manager owns the integrated schedule, cost baseline, and milestone governance for this program. You are the internal authority on what is happening, when, why it is or isn't on plan, and what recovery looks like.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Governance
• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across all manufacturing workstreams: facilities, capital equipment, engineering, production ramp, and workforce.
• Define the critical path, identify schedule risks, and drive recovery plans when milestones slip.
• Chair the weekly program operating review; own the action item registry.
• Manage external PMO and consulting engagements — hold vendors accountable to deliverables, not hours.
Cost & Risk
• Own the program cost baseline by workstream; track actuals vs. budget and flag variances with recommended actions.
• Maintain the risk register; assign owners, track mitigations, and escalate unmitigated risks weekly.
• Support capital equipment procurement: own PO milestone tracking and lead time risk management.
Coordination
• Coordinate between facilities, engineering, automation, and production teams to ensure handoffs happen on schedule.
• Manage the interface between construction contractors, landlords, and internal teams on facility schedule and milestone payments.
• Own program reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and executive stakeholders.
