Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Content Trainer to join our top Financial Service client. This individual will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and facilitating the training of the technology rollouts within the firm. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning the proprietary technology tools used by the firm in order to teach cross-functional teams how to utilize them. They will be training teams via video conference and video modules that they will create. Additionally, they will be prioritizing tasks in Jira and articulating this to both stakeholders and the team. In this role you will need to contribute to the vision and roadmap for knowledge and learning. This individual will work in partnership with the team to delivery modern digital learning experience for our teammates, to improve and drive optimum value and efficiency when using technology products and services

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience at the enterprise level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Windows 11
- Excellent communication skills- able to present and articulate to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Video production skills
Experience with ServiceNow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience using Adobe Acrobat tools (Adobe Premier, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience using Camtasia to record video tutorials.
- Use of the knowledge management tool- Lighthouse
- Knowledge of Remedy/ITSM
- Facilitate training
