Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst - LMS Integration to support a large construction company on an upcoming Learning Management System (LMS) acquisition and enterprise integration initiative. This will be a 12 month contract with possibility of extension and this role will be based onsite 5 days a week in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the selection, implementation, and integration of an enterprise LMS platform, with a strong focus on integrating craft workforce into the learning ecosystem. This individual will partner with IT, HR, Learning & Development, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of LMS functionality, integrations, and learning content.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems
• Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including, Cornerstone and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working with multiple LMS platforms (at least two, preferably three or more). Ex. Workday Learning, Docebo, Absorb, Moodle
• Prior involvement in LMS selection and vendor evaluation processes
• Hands-on experience supporting LMS implementations and integrations
• Experience integrating LMS platforms with, HRIS systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), Content libraries, Compliance and certification systems
• Strong experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
• Comfortable supporting learning solutions for large, distributed, or frontline/craft workforces
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting LMS initiatives in construction, industrial, or regulated environments
• Background in Learning & Development or HR technology
• Experience supporting content creation, migration, or organization within an LMS
Familiarity with compliance-driven learning (safety training, certifications, mandatory programs)
