Job Description

The Readiness Analyst is a critical role within the Digital Supply Chain (DSC)
team, responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of asset data across multiple
divisions. This position involves a combination of data verification, asset monitoring, and
support activities that are essential for the smooth operation and optimization of our
supply chain processes.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial asset audits and collaborate with Division Administrators to clean and
prepare asset lists for installation and tracking.
• Verify and monitor asset data during installation and throughout the process to ensure
accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain data cleanliness for asset transfers, sales, and rental terms.
• Compare and reconcile data across Systems of Record to ensure alignment with division
asset lists.
• Address data discrepancies in collaboration with the Field Point of Contact Lead and
Functional Leads.
• Form strong working relationships with division and branch personnel through regular
touchpoints and ensure they recognize the value of the Digital Supply Chain
• Track and verify asset numbers and movements post-ingestion in the DSC Front End.
• Coordinate installation windows with John Deere and their dealerships for hardware
installation.
• Manage and resolve any maintenance issues or discrepancies noted during asset
installation.
• Revisit and refine the onboarding process based on lessons learned to enhance
efficiency.
• Confirm the correct setup of each Division’s branches and rigs in John Deere Operations
Centre and other Systems of Record.
• Provide feedback to the Field Point of Contact Lead, Product Owner, and Project Manager
regarding any defects or enhancements.
• Transition divisions to the Sustainment Lead once monthly data verification is complete.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures tailored to the needs of the field, fleet, and
agronomy, and identify opportunities to increase process efficiencies
• Support the field in maximizing the use of John Deere Operations Centre, Samsara, and
other software platforms that optimize retail assets and operations.
• Notify the Field Point of Contact Lead when Division asset lists are clean and installations
are complete.
• Liaise with the Hardware Lead on any M-Modem challenges or data gaps.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and coordinate field testing efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

• Agricultural industry experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of JD Op Centre or Samsara is a plus
• Willingness to travel to different divisions as required.
