Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for Instructional Designers to support the development and creation of learning materials for a net-new wholesale back office implementation. This position will be for one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies with the expectation to be onsite in Calgary 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within wholesale and retail.

- 3+ years of experience in project delivery and implementation

- Experience in implementation or using back-office systems and/or processes

- Finance and/or SCM experience in ERP Dynamics D365, SAP, etc.

- Experience with LMS, including SCORM compliance and content publishing.

- Strong communication and technical writing skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Post-secondary qualification or industry specific designations in either Education, Instructional Design, Finance, or IT.
