BSA - INTL (LATAM)

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support AI‑driven transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, and operations at a commercial insurance company. This role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring AI solutions are aligned to real operational needs and deliver measurable value. Day‑to‑day, the BSA will gather and document detailed business requirements, perform gap analysis and process mapping, define future‑state workflows enabled by AI, and partner with QA and delivery teams on testing and validation. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience on technical projects and excels at translating business problems into clear, actionable requirements. The successful candidate will have a business focused functional background and is expected to leverage the technical/AI focused team members to develop solutions. We are seeking an international resource based in LATAM to work closely with a team in Canada on mountain standard time. This is a fully remote 12 month engagement.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience with experience working in the insurance industry
• Strong experience with requirements documentation and BRDs
• Proven experience with process mapping and gap analysis
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
