Manage Utility accounts payments processing including downloading, coding and processing of utility statements as required;
Accurately validate and process invoices; this includes PO invoices, non-PO invoices, as well as rush payment requests, manage heavy workload volume as required;
Interact with Supply Chain colleagues and BU Clients, and Suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders as applicable;
Follow-up on invoice exceptions as required;
Participate in daily huddles, monitor and track performance to KPIs;
Assist with the review/processing of invoices with holdbacks and withholding tax;
Support management of inquiries and issue resolution for invoices and payments as required;
Assist with other Accounts Payable tasks such as incoming mail review, etc as required.

Interested in candidates with large firm/corporate, complex enterprises experience, understand corporate structure, tax experience, 3-5 year experience, SAP AP experience.
Invoices/process transaction range: CA/US, 150-160 invoices/8hr day.
Able to provide sounds responses to inquiries, and engagements with internal/external stakeholders.
Effective and good communications skills, ability to process, research, and troubleshoot issues/problems, attention to details
Any other software other than SAP? Agile using Excel, VIM (bolt on to SAP) experience is added benefit
Industry experience? Yes big industry complex (i.e. multiple entities, divisions etc.) experience
International/Canadian or just either or? preferred oil and gas experience, nice to have international experience, fast paced environment experience
Post-secondary education: not necessary, but counter with experience
