Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Remote HR Business Partner to support our telecommunications client. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, partnering with business units to deliver HR programs, support workforce planning, drive employee engagement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. This role collaborates closely with the CHRO and HR Centers of Excellence to enhance organizational effectiveness, develop talent, maintain compliance, and foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to execute HR programs, workforce planning, and talent strategies.

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations.

Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Drive employee engagement efforts and recommend solutions to improve culture and retention.

Ensure HR practices align with company values, policies, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent employee support and services.

Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to support business objectives.

Identify opportunities to improve HR operations, processes, and the overall employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, labor relations, law, or relevant field. * or 4 additional years of relevant work experience

4 years of professional level HR experience to include recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor relations.

Including 2 years of experience developing, interpreting, and applying HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws such as DOL Wage and Hour, Harassment Free Workplace, Substance Abuse, Absenteeism, FMLA and ADA.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional level HR certification.

Telecommunications experience.

Other relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications.
