Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Account Managers for an insurance client in the Tuscaloosa, AL area for a direct hire opportunity! This resource will be joining a team onsite to support marketing, servicing and underwriting processes of Commercial Lines accounts. You’ll ensure client records are accurate, renewals are processed timely, endorsements are handled efficient and client communications are clear and professional. You’ll collaborate with a team of executives, producers, carriers to maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Manage a book of commercial lines business, including renewals, policy changes, billing and day-to-day servicing
· Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members
· Support new business production efforts in collaboration with producers and account executives
· Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
· Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries and certificates
· Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments
· Participate in client and carrier meetings, as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-6 years of experience with insurance
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or scheduled exam)
- Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Suite
- Commercial or personal lines experience
- Energetic, excited personality
- Comfortable going on site 5 days week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with commercial lines insurance
- Applied Epic experience
- Understands agency workflows and procedures
