Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a Front Office group within a Department of Defense environment, specifically aligned to Air Force programs. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of complex, large-scale programs, ensuring alignment to cost, schedule, and performance objectives under DoD 5000 acquisition guidelines. Day to day, they will coordinate across Air Force stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams to drive program execution, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Manager will lead planning efforts, support acquisition milestones, and provide consistent reporting and documentation to senior leadership while fostering strong collaboration across all program stakeholders.
Pay range $35-45/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in related Field
- Experience managing Air Force program efforts, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives in compliance with DoD 5000 series acquisition processes.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure the timely and efficient execution of all program phases
- Oversee and monitor the execution of contracts related to the program, ensuring contractors meet all deliverables and performance expectations through MS Project Experience, Microsoft Suite, Jira
- Active Secret Clearance
