Job Description
The Supply Engineer supports mission‑critical systems by reviewing and applying mechanical engineering requirements aligned to supplier capabilities. This role ensures mechanical and electro‑mechanical hardware meets quality, cost, schedule, and manufacturability standards.
The engineer serves as a technical link between internal engineering teams and suppliers, evaluating designs, resolving production issues, and supporting procurement of critical hardware. Responsibilities also include sustainment support through replacement/repair parts and managing system obsolescence.

Required Skills & Experience
Secret Clearance
STEM Degree
Experience reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Knowledge of mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems and associated manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with resolving technical challenges during design, development, or production phases.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or manufacturing Engineering.
Experience working with suppliers on technical qualification, capability assessments, and
resolution of production issues.
Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, FAR/DFAR requirements, and Material Resource Planning (MRP/ERP) systems.
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD modeling software and experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
