Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Coordinator to join one of our clients in the utility construction industry. They are one of the largest utility repair and storm response companies in the southeast. They will be reporting directly to the HR Manager to ensure accurate and timely onboarding on new employees, processing employment verifications, DOT verifications, weekly reporting for employee medical cards, ordering drug testing, benefit enrollment. This is an onsite position 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
2+ years of experience working in human resources, talent acquisition, or employee onboarding
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
Experience with employment verifications, employee relations, benefits enrollment, etc.
Strong professionalism, communication, reliability
Has managed an employee size of at least 50+ individuals in an HR role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
DOT (department of transportation) or MVR (motor vehicle report) experience
Background working with a blue collar (or field employee) workforce
