Job Description
Our client (a Fortune 100 Technology Company) continues rapid expansion of their Data Center Construction business. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) leads end-to-end delivery of new data center construction programs, owning cross-functional alignment, schedule and cost governance, risk management, and executive reporting across multiple sites and build stages. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong stakeholder communication, vendor management, and deep fluency in construction program controls.
You will be required to be onsite at the Bridgeport, Alabama Data Center 4-5x/week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale construction or mission-critical infrastructure (data centers strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and complex schedules in a high-accountability environment.
- Strong cost/schedule controls capability (baseline, forecast, variance, change management).
- Familiarity with construction project management tools such as eBuilder, Auto Desk Construction Cloud, Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls.- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable driving executive-level updates and decisions.
- Experience with GSuite tools (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, Etc)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience managing portfolios with multiple sites in different build stages (ground-up + fit-out + expansion).
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 schedule governance, document control processes, and construction cost/change workflows.
- Background working on owner-side delivery teams or owner’s rep consultancies supporting hyperscalers.
