Job Description

This candidate will be in a service desk role for a growing technology strategy & IT support company in Birmingham, AL. They will be providing remote support for all of their clients in various industries. They will be taking incoming calls using an internal ticketing system and working on a team with 5-6 other analysts. They will also get exposure to specific system and network failures and will have the ability to gain new technical skills.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of experience working in a help desk, service desk, or IT analyst type role

* Any type of ticketing system background

* Ability to provide remote support for workstations, laptops, servers, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Has worked with an MSP before and is used to a large variety of end users

* Networking knowledge
