Insight Global is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join one of our largest entertainment clients in New York City. This is a fully onsite, face to face support role supporting a large user base of 2,000+ employees in a fast paced, upbeat entertainment environment. This person should have both Windows and Mac support experience and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software. The ideal candidate takes pride in white glove support, enjoys being on the floor engaging with users, and brings a positive, customer first mindset.

Required Skills & Experience
and executives
• Experience trouble shooting and supporting a mixed environment (60% Windows / 40% Mac) including Windows 11 and macOS (Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe)
• Perform PC installs, imaging SCCM, and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Support Microsoft O365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Provide support for mobile devices (iPhone, Android, tablets) and peripherals (printers, AV equipment)
• Handle ticketing and light documentation using ServiceNow
• Partner closely with internal teams while maintaining a high bar for customer service
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AV support experience (Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing technologies)
• Prior experience in entertainment or high energy corporate environments
