Job Description

• Coordinate and manage Title V air permitting compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and facility operation
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and inspections of air monitoring equipment, partnering with onsite teams and consultants
• Track and maintain emissions data and compliance records, ensuring accurate reporting
• Prepare and submit environmental reports in alignment with permit requirements
• Conduct site inspections of monitoring systems (rooftop/outdoor) to verify compliance
• Interpret air permit requirements and coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute compliance activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in engineering/environmental safety/chemistry
• 5+ years of environmental experience within a manufacturing environment supporting air permitting (Title V) with a strong math foundation
• Strong background in air permit compliance, including calibration, maintenance coordination, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage reporting, track emissions data, support inspections and categorize compliance activities
Prior exposure to Title V Air Permits - must understand how permits enable facility operations and ongoing compliance requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in or alongside environmental consulting teams
• Comfortable in a primarily desk based role with occasional site walkthroughs/inspections (roof/outdoor monitoring devices)
Efficient in Excel and ability to interpret and apply air permit requirements
