Job Description
Our client is seeking a Seasonal On-Call Sales Associate to support their sales and account management teams during the annual enrollment season. This individual will attend employer events and enrollment seminars, providing education and guidance on healthcare benefits and insurance options to prospective and existing members.
The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, presenting information in both one-on-one and group settings, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires flexibility, independent work, and local travel to employer and community-based events throughout the service area.
The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to support enrollment activities, communicate customer feedback, and ensure a positive member experience. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with healthcare, insurance, sales, or customer service backgrounds who enjoy relationship building and community engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or healthcare-related sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak confidently in front of groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of health insurance products and benefits
• Experience with lead management or CRM systems
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the local service area
