seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the firm’s continued growth by identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier financial advisor talent. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing advisors who service high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and who align with Beacon Pointe’s fiduciary, client-first philosophy.
This role requires deep knowledge of the wealth management landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to engaging passive candidates within the private wealth space.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and advisory teams
• Proactively source and build pipelines of candidates
• Conduct targeted outreach to engage high-performing advisors and teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with advisors servicing HNW and UHNW client segments
• Partner with leadership to understand growth strategy, target markets, and ideal advisor profiles
• Qualify candidates based on AUM, client composition, production, and cultural fit
• Manage confidential searches and ensure a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor firms, and advisor movement across the wealth management landscape

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience within RIA environment
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience recruiting or directly sourcing Financial Advisors or advisory teams
• Strong understanding of:
o RIA model vs. broker-dealer channels
o Advisor compensation structures (grid, fee-based, etc.)
o AUM, book of business, and client segmentation (HNW/UHNW)
• Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates through cold outreach
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential searches
• Familiarity with transition packages and advisor movement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
